About
I’m your proverbial “Rocket Scientist” with an affable, fun-loving nature! I enjoy all types of interaction with people and love to give of myself to others. I also am a high-energy, interactive, competitive person and love getting involved with numerous “life” experiences, such as Team Tennis, Barbershop harmony singing (i.e., quartets & choruses), Kiwanis Club (i.e., community involvement), Honorary Commanders, (a year-long Cobb County leadership program), Aviation Museum (mixing both my background experience and desire to help kids!). I believe that the more “life experiences’ one has, the more they actually live and receive out of being alive! Favorite times: “A beer and a burger with a group of friends” and practical joking! Somewhat conservative, convivial, and always crazy!
I was drafted out of college and into the Vietnam War, serving 4 years in the U.S. Navy (aviation). I served on 2 different aircraft carriers, attached to Attack Squadrons, in the “Tonkin Gulf Yacht Club”. Returned to college and worked my way through to an Aerospace Engineering degree, and then an MBA in finance and marketing. Spent 8 years as a Propulsion Engineer for the Navy and then 20+ years as a Sales/Marketing executive in the Telecommunications (i.e., voice and data world). When that industry became a commodity, “retooled” to go into Commercial Construction consulting with 2 other partners. More recently found my way into Internet marketing and absolutely love it!
